Bassbreaker, baby!

007!

The concept is to have available Bassman thru Bluesbreaker sounds – I think it succeeds.

I can get a sweet jangle to a heavy distortion, and it has a built-in treblebooster that seems like a midrange loudness switch.

At 7 watts it’s loud enuff to hurt inna bedroom, likely usable with a drummer playing with brushes.

Guy had it on the Ebog for US$215; I was the only bidder and with shipping and tax it cost me US$296 – they list at US$550.

I can’t wait to use it inna jam against the Pro,Jr.

This actually is like my 5th small amp tube amp. after the Orange TT (15w.), Pro,Jr.(15w.), Tech 21 Trademark10 (10w. not really tube) and the Electar (10w.).

I also have some solid state small amps from Kustom, Peavey and Vox. The latter’s Pathfinder 15R is the best and is now going for ridiculous money (US$300) for a amp I paid US$90 new.
