  1. Nick said: found the first and last tracks the strongest, with decent riffs and choruses.

But the same main observation as your last EP: replacing guitar doodling with strong hooks would make songs far more engaging.

Some of the drums were very good.

  2. Andy said: My Worst Instincts – the opening riffage really got my attention. Like the lyrics and the changes throughout. Solo is great. Nasty but melodic. Like the holey bass.

Ghostin’ Me – very cool groove. Not thrilled with the drums. They seems a little scattered against the bass line (which is very cool). I would have played them straighter.

On High – Again I like the tune, but the drums seems a tad mismatched (too busy?). Love the wah. Cool changes. The minimalist band in the solo is very cool. Like the lyrics.

fashie bae – wow – what an intro. And that vocal!!!!!! Love it. Again the minimalist approach really works.

Confirmation Bias – killer bass. You might wanna check the posted lyrics against what was performed. Love the change in approach about halfway through (less aggressive). Sets up the rest of the tune. Ending is very cool – especially the last note.

  3. Adrian said: I liked the higher-pitched vocal on ‘fashie bae’ very much. You pitched cleanly, without your usual melisma and it was a pleasure to listen to. Your production values continue to improve, but l have to agree with Professor Grankovitch about guitar widdle. Too much soloing, while the vocal is in progress!
